Andrew Kwok

Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Property Management (HKCPM) and Hong Kong Institute of Utility Professionals (HKIUS). Over 30 years in planning and building construction, with annual project turnover above HK$1 billion in the past decade. Chairman of the HKSME Association and Permanent Honorary President of the HKRCA. Active supporter of the Greater Bay Area Development Plan since 2017.

Kenneth Lau

BSc (Hons) Building Surveying, University of Salford (2001). Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (Building Surveying and Property & Facility Management Division) and the Royal Institution of Surveyors. Registered Professional Surveyor (Building Surveying), Authorized Person AP(S) and Registered Inspector RI(S) under the Buildings Ordinance. Joined Opulence as CEO in 2019; 20+ years across major government, commercial, and education projects.

Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Chartered Institute of Building. Over 23 years in building maintenance and construction-management, leading project management mandates across Hong Kong.

Technical Director

S.T. Lam

Former Deputy Director of Buildings at the HKSAR Buildings Department, with over 38 years of government service. Led the team that formulated the Building Safety Inspection Scheme. Notable redevelopment work as Authorised Person on K11 Musea, The St. Regis Hong Kong, and Kings de Nathan, including hotel concessions under Reg. 23A of the B(P)R.

Over 10 years across design-and-build and project management. Has delivered large-scale A&A projects in Hong Kong including LCSD recreational upgrading and TM Division Police Station NGRR upgrading.
