Alteration & Addition and Demolition Works for Landmark Store
Act as Tenant’s consultant to Plan, Design and Management for the reinstatement works at previous fashion flagship Store at Causeway Bay.
The Scope of works involved (a) vetting application for approval of plans for demolition works which prepared by RSE; (b) assist Specialist Contractor’s application for consent to commence the works; (c) monitor site safety supervision; (d) monitor the Technically Competent Persons (TCP) to supervise demolition works; (e) monitor the operator of powered mechanical plant or equipment; and (f) assist to obtain certification of works completion from Buildings Department
