AP Consultancy Service
To Provide AP consultancy services for vetting submission for Alterations & Additional Work at proposed Secondary School in relation to fulfilling statutory requirement, structural design standard and building services design standard.
Professional advices to the submission which was prepared by tenants.
To advise Client on compliance with the approval conditions imposed by the relevant Government Departments.
Advise on tenant’s A&A submission on behalf of landlord before submission to ICU of Hong Kong Housing Department.
To vetting the Tenant’s submission in support of the proposed layout plan together with other supplementary information and submit it to the relevant licensing authority on behalf of The Client.
Provide recommendation on submission programme and strategy.
